Mindfulness Coaching

I want to support you in all of your mindfulness goals -- either to start on the path or deepen your practice.  I have attended multiple trainings on mindfulness, including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and have my own daily mindfulness practice.  I have completed a year-long coaching intensive with The Conscious Leadership Group (conscious.is). I incorporate the teachings of great mindfulness teachers such as Tara Brach, Jack Kornfield, Dan Siegel, Ron Siegel, Kristin Neff, Christopher Gremer, Jon Kabat-Zinn and many others into my own life and would love to discuss how these resources can benefit you!  
I would love to work with you on incorporating mindfulness into your world to bring satisfaction to your career, social or home life.  A mindful coaching partnership is unique and intentional and I will taylor your coaching program to support you in living a skillful life of gratitude and success.
