Mindfulness/Meditation Silent Mini-Retreats

I am available to create a mini-retreat for you and your close ones for 3 hours of silence, meditation, and mindfulness -- it can be in your backyard or in a forest preserve -- you call it!  I will provide the guidance and space for reflection at the end of the retreat.  It's an amazing way to boost your mindfulness practice!
