Build Your Own Conscious Community
I have worked with multiple organizations, companies and friend groups to introduce mindfulness/
meditation and get individuals started on their journeys inward. Whether in a professional
group presenting on how to decrease workplace stress and improve climate, or sitting on
cushions and couches with a group of friends drinking tea, many groups have
connected mindfully in my presence.
If you are interested in learning more about mindfulness and meditation, please contact
me! I offer presentations from an hour to three hours, complete with a guided meditation
and information about the science and research behind mindfulness and real life
I enjoy combining a professional, playful attitude full of loving acceptance and deep
curiosity of individuals' experiences.
